This means minimal or no pilling, no stains, no missing buttons or broken zippers, no rips or tears.

Footwear must be cleaned or polished before being exchanged and clothing must be freshly washed and turned in the right way.

Gift cards cannot be issued however, I discount code will be made for you enabling you to take the dollar value received via exchanged items off the total value of your cart.

You must use the whole value in one transaction. The code can be broken into smaller values if you wish. I will contact you with your total credit amount prior to the code creation and you can advise how you wish to receive your code.

The code never expires however, can only be used once.

You will receive roughly between 40-50% of what the item will typically sell for. Anything Shein/Temu will only get you a 50c credit and anything Kmart will be a $1 credit as these items are set to sell for $1 and $2 respectively no matter the article of clothing.

There is no expiry for your unique code.

Collections are available Tuesday’s and Thursday’s.

There is a collection and processing fee that depends on how many items and where collection is. A Paylink will be sent and payment must be completed prior to collection.
